Enjoy food and drinks at the summer terrace

During warm days, sit comfortably on the summer terrace with a wonderful view of the hotel area and the surrounding hills of the Low Tatras by the sound of the rumbling stream Štiavnica and the singing of birds. Enjoy refreshing lemonade from our homemade syrups or chilled beer from the ERB brewery.

Sit back in the comfortable armchairs in our Lobby Bar with your friends and enjoy the family and relaxed atmosphere during the winter months. Indulge in a delicious Slovak wine from our selection or Ebenica coffee roasted in Slovakia with a tasty dessert.

Chef de Cuisine Peter Bracho

Peter Bracho, who has been working in our hotel as a chef for more than 5 years, emphasizes the quality, locality and freshness of the ingredients used. He holds the awards Master Chef of the Slovak Republic 2016/2017 and winner of the fifth year Interregional culinary cup of European regions 2019. In the past, he cooked in Vienna, in Germany, in the restaurant of Michelin chef Pavel Pospíšil or with Jaroslav Židek. He was also involved in the launch of the Warhol’s Bar & Bistro restaurant at EXPO 2020 in Dubai - the Slovak Pavilion.

 

We welcome both hotel and á la carte guests.

Restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 21:00.

Lobby bar is open daily from 8:00 to 22:00.

Restaurant seats 60 persons, lobby bar seats 30 persons.
